Steps:

1.  Download And Install Intel USB Driver Above
2.  Download and Extract Root file above (Extract at the same folder)
3.  Activate USB Debugging in Developer Options (How to ? Here)
4.  Turn off Zenfone 4 and enter DROIDBOOT Mode (Power + Volume up and Down   together)
5. Plug Data Cable Into Zenfone 4 Make sure the Screen Mode In DROIDBOOT It Inscribed "Ready for Download"
6. Open Folder which Root file located, Click "OPEN.CMD"
7. Type fastboot flash update root_zenfone4_v4.2.0.zip
8. Wait until restart and Installation process done
9. Done, Check if SuperSU is already Installed

Zenfone 4: Support USB OTG ?

USB On-The-Go, often abbreviated USB OTG or just OTG, is a specification that allows USB devices such as digital audio players or mobile phones to act as a host, allowing other USB devices like a USB flash drive, digital camera, mouse, or keyboard to be attached to them. Unlike conventional USB systems, USB OTG systems can drop the hosting role and act as normal USB devices when attached to another host.
