The ROM is Boot-able but still in alpha stage with several bugs and maybe cause random problems but it's a huge steps to further development

    How to Install CyanogenMod 13 on ASUS Zenfone 2:

    1. You need Unlock Bootloader your device (Tutorial)
    2. Make sure you have installed custom recovery (Tutorial)

    5. Flash CyanogenMod ROM Download->(Zenfone 2 Z00A | Zenfone 2 Z008)
    6. Optional: Install the Google Apps addon package (Download) choose x86 gapps

    2. dialer shows an ugly screen on incoming calls
    3. Miracast displays are broken
    4. package manager sometimes installs x86 libs when it needs arm libs (causes some apps to not work at all)
    5. selinux enforcing mode
    6. sim 2 cannot be disabled
    7. sim 2 audio quality issues when also on a call on sim 1 (unconfirmed)
    8. sim 2 ends up disabled after airplane mode and potentially (unconfirmed) after extended periods without cell service.
    9. USB UMS (Mass Storage) - Killed off for now, MTP works just fine
