Asus to launch new Zenfone 3 series smartphones at Computex 2016.Asus has released a teaser video for their new Asus ZenFone 3..Asus Zenfone 3 series to include Zenfone 3 , Zenfone 3 deluxe and Zenfone 3 MAX. Now a new Asus smartphone with Model Number Asus Z016D has been leaked on AnTuTu Benchmark.

According to listing ( Z016D) device is powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. On camera it has a 23MP rear camera and 8MP front facing camera. Device runs on Android 6.0.1.

ASUS Start Rolling Out ZenFone 2 Android Marshmallow

Today ASUS Start to rolling out update Android M for ZenFone 2 series. The first ASUS Smartphone which get Android Marshmallow is ASUS ZenFone 2 Laser ZE500KL. The Marshmallow update for ZenFone 2 Laser ZE500KL is roll out today 11/5/2016 with V13.10.6.16 firmware version.

To update your ZenFone 2 to Marshmallow, Open Settings>About>System Update and click Check for Updates.

Here is the Notice note before updating to Marshmallow

1. Software update to Android 6.0 Mashmallow. Internal storage will decrease slightly after update, suggest to back up data and relocate media file (pictures & video clip) to SD card to reserve enough storage before starting the software update.
2. Android Marshmallow won't support APP2SD. Please move apps to internal storage before system upgrades.
3. Multi-user function won't be supported if the account is deleted. Please keep your account to continue usage.

ASUS ZenFone 3 to be unveiled on Computex 2016

ASUS Said yesterday (2/17) will be unveiled their ZenFone 3 during Computex 2016 at the end of May 2016. ASUS CEO Jerry Shen confirmed ZenFone 3 to be launch in Computex 2016. Computex 2016 will be held in France. In addition ASUS also will launch their "robotics" product. ZenFone 3 specifications is not confirmed yet. Asus Zenfone Zoom launched in India for Rs 37,999

With 3X optical zoom and 13 MP, ASUS Zenfone Zoom become world's thinnest optical zoom smartphone. ZenFone Zoom using OIS-shake compensation system, the sensor is Panasonic SmartFSI sensor, the size of 1/3 inch, and also uses Fujitsu's independent image processor designed to handle noise.

Asus has finally launched ZenFone Zoom smartphone in India later. The smartphone which focuses on its camera prowess is priced at Rs 37,999 for 128GB memory variant and Asus is bundling portable tripod and flash for Rs 39,999. 

Android Marshmallow beta test starts for the ASUS ZenFone Series

Android 6.0 "Marshmallow" is a version of the Android mobile operating system. First unveiled in May 2015 at Google I/O under the codename "Android 'M'", it was officially released in October 2015.

As we know ASUS already planned their Marshmallow updates for zenfone series including ZenFone 2 ZE551ML and ZE550ML, ZenFone 2 Laser, ZenFone Zoom, for full smartphone that will be update to Android 6.0 Marshmallow can be see Here.

The company is currently looking for people to beta test the Android 6.0 Marshmallow for ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML and ZE550ML), ZenFone 2 Laser (ZE500KL, ZE550KL, and ZE601KL), and ZenFone Zoom (ZX551ML). There are some prerequisites before you can apply, though. First off, you must have ZenFone with TW/Taiwan firmware, and apply via ZenTalk (ASUS official zenfone forum), and provide IMEI+Serial number to ASUS at their beta thread. The beta test program is end at the end of february.
